You can do it both at home and at a gym. There are various DVDs available and television shows geared towards aerobics.


  • By doing light housework -

    A very simple method of exercising for weight loss is by doing light housework. Examples include washing, dusting, and cleaning. They help to burn about 2 to 3 calories per minute.
